EarthCling Corn Film
Product Description: EarthCling is a
4mil white plastic film that is made from annually renewable
Corn. The film is a biaxially
oriented PLA that is fully compostable.
EarthCling is designed for short and long term applications on glass
or other glossy surfaces but also for use on matte surfaces such as
metals, woods, plastics and most smooth wall surfaces. EarthCling
has excellent scratch resistance and slip characteristics, has a
naturally high dyne level and can be die cut with ease. EarthCling is a
sustainable and superior alternative to petroleum based plastics.
Outdoor durability up to 6 months. Durability must be tested to end
users specs.

Adhesive Description: Low tack removable
adhesive. A surfactant stabilized acrylic copolymer water based
pressure sensitive adhesive. It has an excellent balance of peel and
shear which makes it excellent for roll and sheet applications without
sticky edge problems. Adhesive is clear. LTR's unique premium adhesive
is designed for controlled tack (limited growth) for easy long-term
removability (up to 6 months) without leaving residue.
Application Temperature: 40°F - 120°F Service Temperature:
0°F - 200°F
Release Liner Description: 83# C1S Liner.
Print Application: Non top-coated Corn-based PLA is
suitable for printing by Screen Printing, UV offset lithography, UV
flexography, Solvent Digital Ink Jet & UV Curable printing (Flat bed
printers).
Availability: (Ohio) Available in
sheets or rolls. 54" wide master rolls.
Terms:
Minimum order: 100 stock size sheets or for custom sheets, 500 MSI.
